  i just wanted to express a simple thought.

  having awakened 11 months ago , i feel blessed to have awakened at this special time.

  i feel so vindicated.

  Yup it's that easy to watch the GB, no need for "apostate" websites, heck all u have to watch is the royal comission ...... the great thing also is when you awaken is the liberation you feel, a heavy load u left behind, the heavy burden you keep feeling when your told each time at mtgs, etc you are not doing enough for Jehovah, they determine you weren't doing enough.... at that point I felt lighter & liberated ..... & most importantly the fear of men went away.... we are all truly blessed & i agree with Vinman this is a turning point for WT.... i read some comments on JWTALK abt halting construction was because they want to focus on preaching, so maybe the people leaving is way way higher in recent times & with a growth of 2.2 yearly they need more people coming in....only time will tell what happens

  Not sure if this one was posted before but I deeply resonate with her, because being the only witness in my family just shows how we were with the mindset of not allowing anyone take us away from the "truth" it's only the real truth that makes us make that decision not influence by anyone... i love this video as well

  It's still 1 hour & 45 min, that's way toooo long still why couldn't they make it 1:30 max, starting at 730 & ending at 9:15 pm is way too late, I need my 10 hours of sleep, nothing exciting don't they realize kids bed times are at 830. ... we will be discussing bible books i wonder if tgey are doing this & discussing verse or sections to be given their understanding

  Summary of CO visit this week.

  so i was eagerly (add sarcasm) awaiting the co visit this week.

  for once because is less work being at the meeting.

  Carla I think they will be the same topics because our CO in our district touched on the sa m e points as the original poster...

  1 thING I want to say what the CO said abt superior education, he said it's a personal de cosign but them quickly contradicted the statement with saying that the JW broadcast cautions us abt it, GB in other words, then it disturb me what he said next... "many go to a university waste 4 years in a university & end up working at McDonald's, don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong working at McDonald's but why didn't they start working there first , make all meetings & service & they wouldn't have wasted 4 yrs"... . .... oh yeah I didn't know wasting 4 years to obtain a degree is a waste of time....if working in a low paid job after obtaing a degree is a stepping stone to something greater in life I don't think it's a waste of time.... soo glad my child isn't old enough to understand this rubish....

  What's the craziest thing someone INFORMED on you about?

  the culture of jws as encouraged by the watchtower is one of informing on one another, reporting to either the elders or ones designated head.

  whats the wackiest thing that someone reported on you?

  im not talking about a black-and-white watchtower rule that would land you in a judicial committee, but some judgmental nonsense that someone thought they should turn you in about?.

  In the spanish cong: I was at the beach with my child, I went on my own with with my child as many times before, wore a 2 piece bikini, i workout at the gym alot .... ran into some spanish bros there, their wives dressed like it was winter, it was 95 degress, must have said something to their elders husband's cuz them someone later told me that I was the caused of their husbands "committing adultry in their hearts"..... oh & the other non jws surf chicks in thong bikinis what??... oh woman with children can't wear bikinis I was told by an elder, it's not appropriate....!!! Stupid.... i replyed, i find it appropriate for the beach I guess if pple feel that way they shouldn't be at the beach or any where it hurts their conscious, sorry brother but my conscious is clear....

  KH reinstatement letters filed

  does anyone know if you can request your original reinstatement letters back from the congregation.... mine contained too many specifics & personal information that i prefer for no one to know & have access to 2 elders of that committee are no longer there, i've been reinstated 4 yrs & had been df'd for 3 years & i had wrote 3 letters until finally was acepted by 3rd one,..... has anyone attempted to get them back?

  since ttat i don't feel comfortable for anyone to know deeply private things i wrote in those lettrrs...

  Poor boy soo sweet, I don't like when they are people are confrontational with JW,... honestly many JWs don't know what we do about TTATT & even Ray Franz commented about this in crises of conscience. ... it's not their fault they have been deeply influenced with the WT... captives of concept book said people can be won over either by 1 word or they can't be won by 1000 or something like that.... this situation could've been handled with more reasoning & tact.. just saying

  This was & is a very disturbing paragraph when it was discussed at our meeting last year & mind blogging how some commented that we must have explicit trust in the faithful & discrete slave & the direction given & it being a case of life or death.... i even remember seeing a pix of on the WT of pple in a basement, I'm sorry but it this paragraph reminded me of Jim jones at Jonestown... very disturbing
